Returns

Returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the products are returned unused and in new condition with the original packaging.

We will be happy to refund you onto the credit/debit card/ Paypal that was used to make your purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charge for returns unless goods are faulty, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item.

We may not be able to accept returns for the following types of goods and/or taking into account the following circumstances:

  • Goods made to order to your personal specifications, or that have been personalised;
  • Goods which are sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery

HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

You may send your return by post.  Please include with your return your name, address, email address, daytime telephone number and order number (if possible). Please let us know why you are returning the goods. Returned goods must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and with the original packaging.

Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as we are responsible for your parcel only once we have received it.  Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

We can also arrange for our courier company to collect the parcel from your home. You will need to be at home to hand over the parcel. There is a charge for this service.

WHAT I I RECEIVE THE WRONG GOODS?

If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.  Replacements will be issued upon Our receipt of the returned Goods.  We are fully responsible for paying return delivery costs.  Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  The packaging does not need to be unopened. We aim to issue a refund within 2 days and in any event no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that any additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

WHAT IF THE GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED?

If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign any applicable delivery note to the effect that the Goods have been damaged.  To return the damaged Goods, please contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return.  We are fully responsible for paying return shipment costs.  You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.  Replacements will be issued upon Our receipt of the returned Goods.  We aim to issue a refund within 2 days and in any event no later than 10 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges. We regret that additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?

If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Us within 14 calendar days to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.  We are fully responsible for paying return shipment costs.  Replacements will be issued upon Our receipt of the returned Goods. We aim to issue a refund within 2 days and in any event no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned Goods and will include standard delivery charges.  We regret that additional costs such as express delivery cannot be refunded.

If any Items that you have purchased develop faults within 21 calendar days of delivery, you may be entitled to a replacement but not a refund.  In order to arrange for such a replacement you should contact Us within the 21 calendar day period to arrange collection and return.  We will assess the Item/s and alleged faults upon receipt and if We conclude (at Our sole discretion, acting reasonably and in good faith) determine that the fault is not a result of mistreatment by you (deliberate, negligent or otherwise), We will issue replacement Goods at no additional cost to you.

If any Items develop faults beyond 21 calendar days from delivery but within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty. Mee Mee London is not a party to such warranties and you must therefore contact the manufacturer of the Goods directly.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

An item that was received as a gift can only be returned for an exchange. An email will be sent to the person who made the original purchase when the exchange is completed. Refunds can only be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased. This does not affect the purchaser’s legal rights.
