International Delivery

Most of our products are available for international delivery (excluding Smartplayhouses, large pinboards and sledges).

You will be able to view the delivery charge for your order upon checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

EU Delivery

Transit time is normally 5 – 7 working days. EU delivery prices are offered at a flat rate charge (up to a maximum of 4 items per order) You may contact us if you wish to order more than 4 items and we will be able to provide you with a tailored delivery quote.

Rest of World Delivery

Transit time is normally within 7 – 10 working days. Rest of world delivery charges are based on order weight and dimensions.

A couple of things to note

UK working days are Monday to Friday. These estimates are based on deliveries to major cities; please allow a few extra days for remote destinations.

There are a few products where the lead time is slightly longer, these will be highlighted to you at the point of checkout.

International Delivery Payment

All charges are made in pounds sterling, using Visa, Mastercard, Amex or PayPal.

The price paid for products and shipping includes UK VAT at the prevailing rate; if you require a VAT receipt please contact Mee Mee customer services at

Amending, Cancelling or Returning an Order

If you wish to amend an international order then please contact our Customer Services team at your earliest convenience for advice. Please be aware that orders are prepared and despatched quickly, so in the event that we are unable to cancel an order for you, you will need to follow the returns procedure detailed below.

Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.  The packaging does not need to be unopened. Please ensure goods are securely and carefully packaged and return the package back to:

Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage paid on returns from international destinations, unless the items concerned are faulty, damaged or not as described on arrival. In that event please contact us for a pre-authorisation. We will refund standard postage costs of returning these items.

Please ensure proof of postage is obtained for all returns. We accept no liability where proof of postage has not been obtained. We are unable to offer refunds for products or postage costs for lost items where proof of postage has not been obtained.

Please note that all refunds are processed in GBP sterling.

Refunds are normally paid within 48 hours of receipt of returns back to us, however, depending on your payment provider you may need to allow a few more days for them to fully process the refund back to you.

Import Duties and Other Charges

Orders delivered to destinations outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties, fees or charges, subject to import legislation in the destination country. The recipient of the order is responsible for these fees and is required to make payment where asked by local customs. When ordering goods to be delivered to someone other than yourself, please ensure they are aware they are responsible for these additional charges. Charges vary by country so we are unable to provide information about these charges at the point of order. We would advise you to check the applicable import charges when placing orders for delivery outside of the UK.

In the event that goods are returned, we are unable to refund any duties, fees or other charges imposed by the local customs and excise at the parcel destination.
