Standard Delivery   £3.95

Standard delivery on all orders is the same, just £3.95

This delivery charge includes larger items such as furniture (up to 15kg weight).

Items in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank or public holidays)

Personalised products and made to order products will be sent as soon as they are available and separate indications are available on the product details.

Please allow up to 10 days for deliveries to Highlands and Islands.

Items may require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that during busy sale periods and the run up to Christmas or due to adverse weather conditions, delivery times may very occasionally be longer.

We will contact you ASAP to advise of any expected delivery delays.

2 day Delivery  £5.50

2 day delivery is currently available for just £5.50

Applies to working days (Monday to Friday) only.

  • Order on a Monday > delivery on Wednesday
  • Order on a Tuesday > delivery on Thursday
  • Order on a Wednesday > delivery on Friday
  • Order on a Thursday > delivery on Monday
  • Order on a Friday > delivery on Tuesday
  • Order on a Saturday > delivery on Tuesday
  • Order on a Sunday > delivery on Tuesday

2 day delivery is not available for Highlands and Islands

International Delivery

Most of our products are available for international delivery (excluding Smartplayhouses, large pinboards and sledges).

You will be able to view the delivery charge for your order upon checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

EU Delivery

Transit time is normally 5 – 7 working days. EU delivery prices are offered at a flat rate charge up to a maximum of 4 items per order) You may contact us if you wish to order more than 4 items and we will be able to provide you with a tailored delivery quote.

Rest of World Delivery

Transit time is normally within 7 – 10 working days. Rest of world delivery charges are based on order weight and dimensions.

UK working days are Monday to Friday. These estimates are based on deliveries to major cities; please allow a few extra days for remote destinations.

Checking the Delivery Condition of Goods

We request that customers check the condition of the packaging and or any visible damage of goods before accepting delivery.

In the event of an item being damaged in transit then please email us immediately at customerservices@meemeelondon.com or call us on 0203 004 9199. It is also recommended that you send an email with any photographic evidence of any damage. We will then arrange for a return and a replacement OR a refund including any delivery charges (upon return of the item). For more information please see our Returns Policy.
